THIS IS A RESERVE LIST ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE AVAILABLE TO SUBSTITUTE AS A RESERVE FOR THE WEDNESDAY NIGHT SOCIAL DOUBLES COMPETITION 30 APRIL TO 2 JULY 2025

• Session eligibilty: Must be 18 years or over.
• Each participant is required to register separately.
• PACT Members, after selecting RSVP, please use your member login rather than register as a guest.
• This is a list of those who are able to reserve during the 10 week competition.
• Please indicate the dates and time slots that you are available to reserve.
• The reserve list will be circulated to those playing in the competition. 
• Competition Duration: 10 Weeks 
• Competition Structure: Coed Doubles eg womens doubles, mens doubles, mixed doubles, Round robin, Two Divisions (skills / experience based)
• Weekly Session Times:
  • 1st Session -  6:15 to 7:15 Division 2 - players below 2.5 level
  • 2nd Session - 7:30 to 8:30 Division 1 - players above 2.5 level
• Fee: No fee for reserves. Financial arrangements should be made with the registered player.
• Substitutions are permitted. Ideally, the registered player should find their replacement and make any financial arrangements.
• Note: Subsitutes must complete the Event Conditions & Waiver form before playing if they have not already registered as a reserve.
• Substitutions for a player for the first 4 teams in the finals can only be a player at a similar level or below and should be approved by the host.
• All participants are required to read and agree to the Event Conditions and the Release and of liability and indemnity agreement.
• Number of Courts: Eleven courts (hardcourt, acrylic / polyurethane)

Note: The maximum of three attendances rule for non-members does not apply to this social competition. However, the rule applies to all other current Pickleball ACT sessions.
